Job overview

Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Review and process reimbursements. Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets.


Core Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Recording and filing cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.



Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a financial administrator or similar.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks and ZohoBooks, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
  • Experience in financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
