Job Description/Requirements
Marketing Duties (50%)
- Contributing in the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies geared towards increasing market share
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Prepare client presentation packages
- Prepare market demographic reports
- Update and maintain information on company website
- Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Edit existing marketing templates and materials to comply with company brand strategy
Administrative Duties (50%)
- Keep financial records and perform financial procedures (e.g, receipts, payments requests, petty cash).
- Assist the organization and management of internal and external audits.
- Ensure expenses are authorized and processed in accordance with agreed procedures of the company.
- Maintain the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of ledgers and all supporting documentation and compliance with finance and procurement regulations.
- Maintain accounting records, ensuring they are complete, accurate, well archived and safeguarded.
- Ensure agreed reporting dates are maintained according to company policies.
