Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and Supplier Management
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms.
- Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
2. Purchasing and Cost Management
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Analyze and manage costs to maintain a balance between quality and expenses.
- Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
3. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and prices.
- Analyze market conditions to anticipate supply chain risks.
4. Inventory and Stock Management
- Collaborate with inventory managers to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Prevent overstocking or under stocking by monitoring supply and demand.
5. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and legal regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
6. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier details.
- Generate reports on procurement activities for management review.
7. Vendor Contract Management
- Develop, review, and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure contract terms are adhered to and renewals are handled efficiently.

Education, Professional & Work Experience
- The candidate must at least have a Bachelors Degree in Procurement or any related course.
- Years of work experience (3 years)
- Related job experience (More than 2-year experience in Procurement)
- Industry experience (More than 2-year experience in Procurement)
Professional Knowledge
- Proficient (Communication and coordination ability)
