The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, ensuring they are organized and stocked, and process orders when necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle requests for information in a professional manner.
- Prepare and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinate logistics such as room setup and catering.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining documents, records, and reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to records and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
