Job Description/Requirements

Job Purpose:

To manage administrative functions of a Sub-county or Department and support policy implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or Law.
  • Good understanding of local government operations.


  • Managing records and correspondence.
  • Supervising support staff.
  • Coordinating council meetings and activities.
  • Implementing government programs at the Sub-county level.
