Job Purpose:
To manage administrative functions of a Sub-county or Department and support policy implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or Law.
- Good understanding of local government operations.
- Managing records and correspondence.
- Supervising support staff.
- Coordinating council meetings and activities.
- Implementing government programs at the Sub-county level.
