Graduate in any mechanical and engineering as Ball Mill Operators to operate and maintain our ball mills, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ball mills, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and control ball mills to achieve optimal performance and efficiency
- Monitor and adjust ball mill parameters to ensure optimal grinding and processing
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing wear parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with the ball mills
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets
