To oversee the F&B operation of Heritage Coffee Company Limited and deliver exceptional service to guests. While leading the F&B team through training, mentoring and appraisal to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction & employee engagement.

The Asst. F& B Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high service and food quality standard by upholding the policies and procedures of Masheda Palms. To ensure that the Restaurant maintains an un-paralleled dining experience for optimum guest satisfaction and for the maximization of sales revenue.

Prepare and cook main dishes, ensuring timely and high-quality output.

Greet customers, take orders and serve food and beverages.

Create, prepare and bake various types of patries, desserts and bread.

Supervise food preparation, portioning, presentation, and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals and efficiency.

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and handling payments.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of The Lawns Restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Responsible for delivering food that is not only delicious and cooked to the specifications of the customer but that is safe and fresh as well. P

Assist the Chef and kitchen team in delivering food that is delicious, cooked to the specifications of the customer, safe, and fresh.

As the chef, you will play a crucial role direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Chinese salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. Plan and price menu items, orders supplies, and keep records and accounts. Participate in cooking and baking and the preparation of foods.
