Commercial Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Academic: Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
  
• Experience: 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing, especially in ICT industry.

• Prepare the company Marketing and Sales strategy
  
• Lead the development and modification of different services of Japotech
  

• Ensure  digital marketing campaigns are conducted
  

  Follow up with Sales Executives to ensure potential customers of the services are identified, engaged and signed up
  

• Lead the proposal and tender response preparation
  
• Manage relationship with customers and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys
  
• Ensure that customers respect their obligations
  
• Lead and Manage the Commercial Team
  
• Preparation of process documentations such as procedures and records
  
• Preparation of periodic reports as required by management and partners
  
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time
