Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics that align with Majibu Africa’s brand voice and mission.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), ensuring consistent posting and interaction with followers.
• Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Majibu Africa’s products, services, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine content strategies and optimize engagement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Majibu Africa remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with overall branding and marketing objectives.
• Brand Representation: Uphold Majibu Africa’s brand identity and values in all content, ensuring a consistent and positive representation of the company across all platforms.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or in a similar role within the digital marketing space.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• High level of creativity, innovation, and a passion for digital storytelling.
