Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate clients and business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Account Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs and demonstrate the value of the company's products or services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure profitable deals and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and provide insights to management for strategic decision making.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in corporate sales or a similar role, 5+ years of experience.

Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
