  • Introduce and implement cutting-edge AI tools and workflows to elevate creative processes and enhance efficiency across projects.
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning with a focus on AI integration.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools, offering training and support to the creative team to ensure seamless integration into workflows.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain era92 Creative’s competitive edge.


Qualifications & Skills

Experience and skills

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative concepts to global clients and stakeholders.
  • 6+ years of experience as a creative lead or in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in top-tier creative agencies or global tech companies.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across branding, ad campaigns, presentations, and design, with a focus on innovative, AI-enhanced work.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) and a demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate them into design workflows.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the balance of creative quality and operational efficiency. Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a bias for action and a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a high-performing, globally distributed creative team.
