Job Overview:
The Operations Department at Yopsa Microfinance comprises of the Customer service which involves providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within the microfinance institution.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Provide guidance on financial products and services.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage customer feedback records.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (2022 to date) with a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about working in the microfinance sector.
Program Details:
- Duration: 3 Months Graduate Trainee Program.
- Location: Fort Portal, Uganda.
- Retention: Best performers will be considered for permanent positions.
- Remuneration: Unpaid training program with a stipend provided for basic expenses.
