Job Summary:

The Customer Care Officer will provide frontline customer support, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries.
  • Respond to emails, calls, and social media inquiries professionally.
  • Educate customers on available financial products and services.
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer service records.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • ● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business, or related fields.
  • ● 1+ year of experience in customer service within the banking or microfinance
  • sector.
  • ● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
