Job Summary:
The Customer Care Officer will provide frontline customer support, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries.
- Respond to emails, calls, and social media inquiries professionally.
- Educate customers on available financial products and services.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer service records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business, or related fields.
- ● 1+ year of experience in customer service within the banking or microfinance
- sector.
- ● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
