Requirements

  • The Digital & Technology Support Coordinator should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MIS coordination, digital ecosystem management, and device management, preferably within an INGO or non-profit organization. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and conducting data analysis for program evaluation, Proven experience with digital tool selection, integration, and management.
  • A Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,  , Data, Digital or a related field preferredInformation Systems
  • A vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a Christian commitment to serving the poor, and in full agreement with FH Association’s Christian beliefs.
  • Spiritual well-being: Demonstrated personal Christian commitment to serving those who are challenged by poverty and marginalization and in full agreement with FH Association Christian foundation and beliefs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other data management and analysis software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of device management software, digital ecosystem tools, and best practices in data security and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
