Job Description/Requirements
Job Purpose:
To promote trade, industry, cooperatives, and enterprise development within the district.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or Entrepreneurship.
- Postgraduate qualification in a related field is an added advantage.
- At least six (6) years of experience in commerce or enterprise development, with three (3) in a managerial role.
- Developing and implementing business support programs.
- Promoting value addition and market linkages.
- Coordinating cooperative societies and SACCOs.
- Advising the district on trade and investment opportunities.
