Job Description/Requirements
Job Purpose:
To provide technical leadership and policy direction for the delivery of quality education services in the district.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education plus a Master’s in Education Planning/Management or related field.
- Minimum of nine (9) years of professional experience in the education sector, at least three (3) of which at senior level.
- Planning, budgeting, and coordinating education programs.
- Supervising and mentoring head teachers and inspectors.
- Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education guidelines.
- Liaising with stakeholders on educational development.
