Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, electrical circuits and equipment instrumentation.
- Conduct site surveys, assess electrical infrastructure, and provide recommendations.
- Develop and review electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical safety standards (NEC, IEC).
- Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and other engineering disciplines.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions on day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain electrical system documentation, manuals, and records.
- Conduct electrical safety training and audits.
- Manage electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Education and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Work Experience
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in FMCG industries.
