Position Overview

The English Language Lecturer will provide engaging and effective instruction to a diverse student body, supporting their language proficiency goals. This role requires strong ESL teaching experience, proficiency with educational technology, and the ability to conduct virtual classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dynamic and interactive English language instruction to students at various proficiency levels.
• Develop and deliver customized lesson plans and educational materials tailored to student needs.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Facilitate engaging classroom activities and discussions to enhance language acquisition.
• Contribute to curriculum development and participate in academic meetings to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Teach virtual classes using digital platforms and tools, ensuring effective online learning experiences.
• Offer additional support and tutoring to students, as needed, to help them succeed in their language learning journey.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching English as a second language, including curriculum development and assessment.
• Proficiency in educational technology with experience conducting virtual classes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment for diverse student populations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
