Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Farm Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Farm Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including crop management, irrigation, and pest control.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
