Field Sales Officer

Job Summary

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our herbal products to organizations that buy in bulk and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations that buy in bulk and retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
• Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
• Travel extensively within assigned territory to meet clients and promote products.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Desired experience

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
