Job Description/Requirements

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new product developments.

Promotional Activities:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional initiatives.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and distribution.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.


Requirements

  • Sales and Sales Management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry trends
  • Diploma/Degree in related field
  • 3 years and above related experience.
