Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the office.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment management.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
