Google Paid Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube to achieve marketing goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to create high-performing ad groups and keywords.
• Write compelling ad copy and design creative assets that maximize click-through rates and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze trends, and report on ROI and KPIs.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring the best possible return on investment.
• Stay current with Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of SEM and PPC best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad optimization techniques.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other PPC platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, lead generation, or retargeting strategies.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not required).

Salary:

• Starting salary: $150 per month, with salary increments every 3 months (Quarterly Review).
