Job Description/Requirements
In the Production department, you will contribute to optimizing production processes and ensuring quality control. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning and scheduling of production activities to ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing downtime.
- Monitoring production lines to ensure they are operating efficiently and that quality standards are maintained at every stage.
- Working closely with the quality control team to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Supporting inventory management by tracking raw materials, components, and finished goods, and coordinating with the procurement team for restocking when necessary.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource usage.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
