Job Description/Requirements
In Procurement, you will help streamline sourcing and supply chain management. Key tasks will include:
- Assisting with sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiation of prices and contracts to ensure the company receives quality materials at competitive prices.
- Supporting the development and management of relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving supply issues as they arise.
- Participating in market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze market trends for pricing and availability.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the production department to ensure materials are always available when needed.
- Assisting with the documentation of procurement processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
