The Group Loan officer is responsible for identifying, recruiting and managing groups for loan disbursement while ensuring timely repayments and maintaining high quality relationships with clients. The role involves fieldwork, financial assessment and providing financial literacy to clients to ensure the sustainability of group lending operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance or related field.
- At least 1-year experience in microfinance or community based financial services.
- Familiarity with group lending methodologies and financial assessment process
