Hardcore Recovery Agent

Job Purpose

Execution of Hardcore vehicle repossession duties as instructed.

Main Responsibilities of the Job

• Receiving repossession instructions and being able to read and understand them.
• Analyzing hardcore repossession vehicles by getting hotspots coordinates and able to interpret them to a successful repossession.
• Executing repossession instructions as per the training rendered to you.
• Ensuring the repossession process and procedure is followed to the latter.
• Filing of repossession documentation as trained and instructed.
• Ensuring all the required documents for the repossession process are availed to the office within the stipulated time.
• If assigned company motor vehicle, ensure it is well maintained as per the service schedule and maintain cleanliness of the same.
• Any other role assigned to you.
• Flexibility in working in a shift. (6:00 am - 3:00 pm and 10:00 am – 7:00 pm).

Academic and Professional Requirements

• Diploma in any business-related course
• Holder of a valid Driving License.
• Minimum 3 years continuous driving experience.
• Ready to work anywhere in Kenya under minimum supervision.
• Having knowledge and experience in repossession under auctioneering act is an added advantage.
