Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Oversee client accounts to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Act as the escalation point for resolving client issues.
3. Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and inspire account management, business development, and support teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the agency.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and manage the agency’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Provide regular financial and business performance reports to senior leadership.
5. Market Analysis:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising trends, creative processes, and media planning.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or similar roles within the advertising industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
