Head of Business

Job Summary:

The Head of Business will provide strategic leadership to drive the agency’s growth, manage high-level client relationships, and oversee the delivery of impactful advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Oversee the development of marketing and advertising proposals for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to enhance performance and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or client management, preferably in an advertising agency.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and managing large-scale client accounts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
