Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee territory-based sales activities to ensure maximum market coverage.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in telecom, fintech, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Luganda.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies.
- Candidates with access to a reliable vehicle are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
