Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce demands. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, industry expertise, and proven experience in talent acquisition within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in the construction industry.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline to address current and future hiring demands.
• Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.


Requirements

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
