Job Purpose:
The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and strategies that align with the hospital’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the hospital’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job advertisements, interviews, and onboarding.
- Implement employee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
- Foster employee engagement and promote workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Mediate disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters to maintain positive employee relations.
- Plan and oversee training and development programs to enhance staff skills and competencies.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate exit interviews and manage the separation process for outgoing employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field; certification in HR is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
