Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and welfare of employees. They ensure HR strategies align with the business objectives, promote a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with all labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce. Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll, including PAYE, NSSF contributions, transport and lunch allowances, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8am – 6pm)
