Information And Communication Technology, (I.C.T) Intern

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Information and Communications Technology or equivalent
  

• Experience: Fresh University Graduate.
  

• Competences/ Skills: Team worker, Proactive, Flexible, Good written and Verbal communication, able to work With multicultural people.
  

• Language: English is mandatory, and French is a strong asset.

• Assisting in the installations of wired and/or wireless networks where needed as well as setting up office equipment like printers, video conference systems, Smartphones, and CCTV Cameras among others.
  

• Assisting the deployment of Windows 10, and Office 365 among other software on office laptops
  

• Carry out assigned periodic preventive maintenance tasks on the ICT equipment.
  
• Provide support in updating ICT Documentation like
  
• Network maps, Asset inyentories, and User “How to”
  
• Procedures among others
  
• Assist in the support given to users to solve their ICT-related problems.
  

• Assist in the testing and setup of VHF/HF/Satellite Communication devices.
  

• Follow up with ICT suppliers on products or services like Internet Installations, Printer/laptop repairs, and Communication issues among others
  

• Generate Monthly reports on ICT activities.
