Job Summary

At Impact Woods, we are on a quest of Simplifying Life for homeowners by having them served hassle-free without them lifting a finger. Hence we are seeking a dedicated Information Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of information within our organization and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


Information Management:

  • Collect, organize, and store company information, including meeting minutes, client files, and design specifications.
  • Digitize client measurements for accurate record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain a system for efficient storage and retrieval of documents.


Client Relations:

  • Proactively update clients on the progress of their designs, quotations, orders, and complaints.
  • Offer exceptional customer care support, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct client surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.


Communication:

  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to track and manage client complaints.
  • Ensure that all communication is timely, accurate, and professional.


Process Management:

  • Implement and maintain efficient processes for information management and client relations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.


Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and addressing their needs


Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
