Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and organize material for practical training
- Conduct tutorial and practical training according to the set timetable
- Carryout continuous assessment and evaluation of trainees practical performance
- Supervise trainees during practical and fiedwork studies
- Serve as classroom teacher
- Offer guidance and counselling to students
- Organize and participate in co-curriculira activities
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authority
- Offer mentorship, evaluation and assements
Candidate specification
- Educational requirements: Diploma or degree from a recognised university or institute
- Work experience: 3-4 years in a similar role
Critical skills required
- Knowledge skills and competencies of curriculum content in the occupation
- Knowledge of TVET operation procedures and standards
- Clear communication skills
