- Assess customer needs and advise on the best insurance plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build a great referral network
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Desirable academic qualification is a certificate qualification
- Individual must have a great attitude towards learning & doing
- Individual must have a passionate desire to drive personal performance, problem solve and find new prospects
- Residing within Kampala or nearby areas
