Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Investment Researcher and Analyst to enhance our investment research capabilities. In this role, you will leverage advanced quantitative methods and financial modeling techniques to analyze market data, assess investment opportunities, and support portfolio management.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze local, regional, and international markets.
- Evaluate investment opportunities in equities, fixed income, and alternative assets.
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.).
- Prepare investment reports and presentations for the portfolio management team.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including meetings with management and reviewing financials.
- Assist in portfolio performance monitoring and risk analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in investment research or financial analysis.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Ugandan and East African financial markets is a plus.
- Proficiency with financial tools like Bloomberg or Reuters.
