The Lead Activations Officer will plan, execute, and oversee on-ground brand activations to maximize customer engagement and product visibility for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute innovative brand activation campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their brand objectives and tailor activations accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and supervise activation teams to ensure successful execution.
- Manage budgets for activation campaigns and track expenses to maintain profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing detailed reports to clients.
- Stay updated on trends in brand activations to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience in brand activations, event coordination, or promotional campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and activation teams.
