Required Qualifications
- A PhD in Geography or Environmental Geography or Meteorology or Climate science or Environmental Sciences and/ Management;
- Master’s degree in Geography, Environmental Geography or Meteorology or Climate science or GIS science and earth observation or Environmental Sciences and/ Management;
- Honour's Bachelor’s degree in Geography or Meteorology or Environmental Sciences.
- Teach, examine and grade students;
- Supervise research for students;
- Mentor junior staff;
- Conduct research and community outreach activities;
- Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;
- Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
