Job Description/Requirements
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Social Work, Social Policy, or other field related closely to Social work;
- Masters in Social Work, Social Policy or any other related field such as Human rights, Social development, Development studies;
- An Honours Bachelors’ degree in Social Work and Social Administration or Social Work and Community Development;
- Additional qualification in sign language communication will be an added advantage.
- Teach, examine and grade students;
- Supervise research for students;
- Mentor junior staff;
- Conduct research and community outreach activities;
- Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;
- Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
