The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our lending operations by assisting customers throughout the loan process. Responsibilities

  • Originate and Process Loan Applications: Collaborate with customers to collect and analyze their financial information, assess creditworthiness, and evaluate loan eligibility based on their needs. -
  • Prepare and Present Loan Options: Develop customized loan solutions for clients by explaining various loan products, terms, and conditions clearly, ensuring that customers make informed decisions.
  • Close Loans: Facilitate the closing process by ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies, gathering all necessary documentation, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure loan funding is executed without delays.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Provide exceptional ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive rapport throughout and after the loan process.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, new loan products, and regulatory requirements to advise customers effectively and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage Loan Portfolio: Oversee a proactive approach to managing an existing portfolio of loans, ensuring timely payments, addressing any issues of delinquency, and providing necessary solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lending, banking, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially in software related to loan processing and management.
