Job Description/Requirements
SimplePay Capital is looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Loans Officers. In these roles, you will play an integral part in managing and expanding the loan portfolio, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer retention in line with company standards.
Loans Officer Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Attract new customers and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to meet acquisition and retention targets.
- Loan Application & Processing: Review, assess, and process loan applications to ensure all documentation is provided and meets company standards.
- Loan Management: Disburse loans and monitor their progress, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.
- Customer Support & Education: Provide clear, thorough information about loan options, repayment schedules, and terms to ensure customers fully understand their obligations.
- KYC & Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks to verify loan eligibility and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the loan process.
- Reporting & Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, loan applications, and approvals, and generate regular operational reports.
- Loan Disbursements: Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of loans, keeping clients informed about the status of their applications and loan accounts.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by management related to loan issuance, monitoring, and customer care.
Overall Shared Responsibilities:
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager and team members to ensure smooth loan management and collection processes.
- Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and potential risks to inform business strategy and decision-making
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in loan processing and collections.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed targets for loan disbursement, collections, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy and fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Flexibility to relocate as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a target-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
