We are seeking a motivated and results-Driven Logbook Loan Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of logbook loans, assisting potential customers with the application process, explaining loan products, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. This role is vital to our mission of providing flexible and accessible financial solutions to individuals in need of short-term funding.
Key Responsibilities.
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers who may benefit from a logbook loan
- Provide clear, accurate and comprehensive information about logbook loan products and their benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in understanding terms and conditions, and guide them through the application process
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring all customers feel informed and supported.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful loan agreements.
Customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, whether on phone, email, or in person.
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurately completed and submitted for loan approval.
- Offer solutions to any customer concerns or challenges during application or approval process.
Compliance and Record keeping
- Ensure all loan sales processes comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, loan agreements, and follow-ups activities.
- Ensure all customer information is secretly handled in line with data protection policies.
Collaboration and Reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance, customer concerns and market trends to management.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in financial services, loans, or related fields, is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Skills:
- Ability to explain complex financial products clearly and simply
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales related software
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive, Target driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Education
- Bachelor in Accounting, Microfinance, Business administration or any related field.
