Machine Operator

Seven Apple Trees is seeking to hire a skilled Mechanic with expertise in maintaining and repairing diaper production machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine fitting, fixing mechanical and electrical issues, and troubleshooting motor-related problems. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of machinery, conducting repairs, and managing electrical components to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on diaper production machines, including fitting and fixing mechanical components.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and motor-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Roller and Motor Management: Maintain, repair, and replace rollers and motors to ensure machine efficiency
• Electrical Systems: Manage and repair electrical components, ensuring proper functioning of control panels and wiring systems.
• Installation and Setup: Assist in the setup and installation of new machines, ensuring alignment and proper functionality.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and reduce risk.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in diaper or similar production.
• Strong technical knowledge of diaper production machines, including rollers, motors, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with machine electrical systems, including control panels, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and report issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific diaper production machines or similar automated equipment.
• Certification or training in industrial machinery, electrical systems, or maintenance management.
