Manager Early Childhood Care Education

Job Purpose: Manager Early Childhood Care Education (ECCE):To ensure efficient and effective administration andmanagement of departmental resources.

Qualifications – Manager Early Childhood Education

1. A Master’s Degree in one of the following:Arts/Sciences/Education/Curriculum Design and Development, BusinessAdministration, Public Administration and Management, Human ResourceManagement or Master of Science or equivalent from a recognisedinstitution.

2. An Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or aBachelor’s Degree with a post graduate qualification in Early ChildhoodEducation from a recognised institution.

3. A qualification in Curriculum Design and Development

Work experience - Manager Early Childhood Care Education

1. Ten (10) years’ working experience in Early Childhood Education from a recognised institution, five (5) of which should have been at the level of Senior Officer or Head of Department and above.
