Position Summary:
As the Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening our marketing performance through data-driven insights. Your day-to-day focus will be collecting, analysing, and reporting on critical marketing data to guide strategic decisions, optimise campaigns, and ensure that all marketing initiatives deliver high-impact results.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide clear, actionable insights, enhancing our ability to meet company goals and serve our customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organise, and interpret data from various marketing channels (digital, social, traditional) to measure effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs, marketing performance, and ROI across all channels.
Provide data-driven recommendations for optimising marketing strategies, budget allocation, and resource utilisation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, business intelligence) to align data analysis with broader organisational objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct in-depth customer and audience analyses to inform targeting strategies and improve lead generation.
Work with marketing managers and stakeholders to support campaign planning with data insights, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best data collection and management practices.
Present clear, concise findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and delivering insights—ideally in a marketing or digital-focused environment.
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel, BI dashboards) and familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Keen understanding of digital marketing metrics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing performance.
A detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in all reports.
