Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team at our diaper manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of diaper production machinery, with specific expertise in working with rollers, motors, and electrical systems. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and fixing machines, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring the efficient operation of various factory equipment.

Machine Maintenance:

• Perform regular maintenance on diaper production machines, including rollers, motors, and other mechanical components.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues, wear and tear, and areas needing lubrication, tightening, or adjustment.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diaper machines, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Repair or replace faulty parts such as belts, gears, motors, and other components critical to the operation of the production machines.

Roller and Motor Management:

• Ensure proper functioning of rollers, motors, and related equipment by inspecting, repairing, and calibrating as necessary.
• Replace worn or damaged rollers and motor components to prevent malfunction and ensure smooth operations.

Electrical Systems Management:

• Have in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and wiring, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in machines.
• Perform electrical work such as replacing fuses, wires, and components related to the functioning of diaper machinery.

Operational Efficiency:

• Assist in setting up, running, and calibrating machines to meet production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations during production cycles.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid machine breakdowns.
• Ensure all machines are cleaned, lubricated, and serviced regularly to maximize their lifespan.

Machine Installation & Setup:

• Assist with the installation and setup of new machines or equipment in the diaper production area.
• Ensure proper installation and alignment of components for optimal machine performance.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and machine downtime.
• Report any major issues or concerns to the supervisor and suggest improvements to prevent future breakdowns.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols and ensure that machines operate in accordance with factory standards.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions.
