Job Description/Requirements
1. Manage all mechanical stores activities, including receiving, storing and issuing spares
2.Coordinating with the maintenance department on their daily requirements and issuing spare parts daily
3. Preparing and updating daily reports on mechanical stores components
4. Reconciling daily ,weekly and monthly physical stock ,bin cards and SAP mechanical stores inventory to ensure all stock is balanced
5. Prepare goods received notes and ensure that they are received by the inventory account with correct corresponding documents
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in engineering
- Prior experience in spare parts management will be an added advantage
