Media Sales Executive for a media house

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their media needs, and offering tailored media solutions.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with both client needs and company objectives.

• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs set by the sales department to drive revenue growth.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.

• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop and deliver customized media solutions, ensuring successful campaign execution.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts, providing regular reports to management.

• Provide outstanding after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

• Promote and sell a variety of media offerings, including advertising packages, content creation, digital services, and other media solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the media, advertising, or related industry.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Solid understanding of media channels, digital platforms, and advertising trends.
